Logic PM was awarded the project management role for the extension and refurbishment of the training, fundraising and finance offices for Princess Alice Hospice in Surrey, whilst also aiding in the expansion of existing and refurbishment of their meeting and conference areas. We worked closely with the interior designer and project team who was involved in the construction works along with the FF&E. This ensured the Client's needs were met throughout the project.

The 2-storey office building required modernisation throughout with a much-needed expansion of space. There were many construction obstacles which the contractor and structural engineer had to overcome, with the assistance of Logic PM keeping everyone informed and ensuring the contractual requirements were met along with the Client's needs, reducing the stress of the job. Allowing the contractor and structural engineer to focus on the site work, whilst Logic PM worked tirelessly in the background keeping everything on track for the project deadline.

Additionally, our team facilitated seamless communication between all parties, ensuring that any issues were promptly addressed and resolved. Regular progress meetings and site inspections were conducted to maintain quality and adherence to the project timeline.
