Bethany School – Performing Arts Centre
The Logic Group (Logic PM) were appointed in 2021 as Project Managers and Contract Administrators for new performing arts centre, performance classrooms and music School. Works commenced in 2023 and are on track to finish 2024.
Maritime Place
The Logic Group (Logic PM) were appointed in 2023 by Kentstone Properties Ltd as Employers Agent, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors on the refurbishment of an office block in Chatham Maritime, Kent. The new spaces will hold multiple tenants across the floors.
QUANTITY SURVEYING
The Logic Group is a leading Quantity Surveying practice in the construction industry, renowned for our dedication and loyalty. We understand the importance of maximising value and minimising costs throughout every stage of the journey.
Warfield Park Homes
The Logic Group (Logic PM) were appointed in 2021 as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the new build of 63 Park Homes. The Logic Group were later appointed for a further 6 Park Homes elsewhere on their extensive site, phase one works are due to be completed 2024.
Tenterden Town Hall
The Logic Group (Logic PM) were appointed in 2023 as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the refurbishment works at Tenterden Town Hall. Works are due to commence 2024 and be completed 2025.

To support our clients, our team have created As Built Programmes and delay reports based on the information provided by trade contractors to demonstrate incurred delays in support of their loss and expense or delay and disruption claim.
