PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Your dedicated and chartered project manager will offer representation on your behalf at all times. With us involved throughout the journey, we can guide and manage your project to a successful conclusion, ensuring someone is acting in your best interest at every opportunity.

Contract Administrator and Employer's Agent

Our Employer's Agent and Contract Administration function is generally delivered through our Project Management and Quantity Surveying services, however, we can offer this independently if required. Our committed team is trained and competent in both aspects and will provide impartial and constructive advice at every opportunity.

During these roles we will:

1. Review and maintain the areas of setting performance
2. Review and maintain related quality standards and how they are associated with the Contract
3. Cost, time and monitoring of works on site including general contract administration duties. The role may also encompass co-ordination of the tender process and establishment of project budgets.

Client Representative

We work collectively as a member of your team, ensuring you have the correct representation through the construction process. Our team are essentially one of your team and report directly to the appointed persons on all matters relating to what you as a client are trying to achieve.
